    Refund policy


    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    How long am I allowed to do Exchange & Return?

    Within 2 days after the product is received.


    Conditions for Exchange & Return:

    The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn

    The product must be unused and intact with tags

    Within 2 days after the product is received

    What, if I lost the money receipt/tags/barcode?

    It will be considered for losing the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. Provide us the purchased contact number in case of losing the money receipt or invoice for checking your purchased history.


    From where I can exchange the product?

    For Online Purchase: After purchasing any product(s) you can exchange the product from our Warehouse within 2 days of the receiving* date. Or send us your product(s) by your corresponding courier concern with our Service Center. After receiving the product, we will contact you and arrange the shipment of your exchange product.


    Note: If there is any problem from our side we will offer FREE Returns, Exchanges, or Refund otherwise the customer has to bear the return shipping expense.

    VALID REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM:

    Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / (defective on arrival)

    Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation/ specification different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)

    The size of a product does not fit ( Size Mismatch )

    REASON THAT WON’T BE CONSIDERED AS VALID

    You no longer have a use for the product

    You have changed your mind about the purchase ( After the order has been placed to the customer )

    After ordering a product you can change your product if your minds want’s, you need to give a call to our specific number to change before parcel is being to shipped to courier. After shipment of courier you can not.

    Refund Policy

                   For every Refund customer have to follow some rules and regulations.


    ·        Customer can claim refund if any above reasons are valid.

    ·        For any claim customer have to submit or show their invoice or cash memo which is proved by imperialchoices.com

    ·        If any customer purchases any product from us by cash. He will be refunded by cash. Need to show invoice or cash memo

    ·        If any customer purchases any product from us by online payment. He will be refunded by cash. Need to show invoice or cash memo. Online payment (Visa, Master, Amex, Nexus or Bank Transfer)

    ·        If any customer purchases any product from us by Bkash/Nagad/Rocket he will be refunded by Bkash/Nagad/Rocket. Need to show invoice or cash memo.


    **N.B: Invoice and Cash memo is important for refund. Customer has to submit or show the Invoice and Cash memo through physically or online Messesing system like ( Messenger or Whatsapp)



    Cancellation Policy 

    After order any product from our website. We don’t have any cancellation policy. 

    But if any further inconvenient situation occur, Customer can call us though out office number or hot line number and need to give us the valid reason for cancel. The cancel time will be in between ( 10.00 Am to 06:00 P.M)
